Where is the air adjusted to right now?

At about 25 percent if I give it anymore air it don’t do anything at all

Actually yes, also newer understod break in period....

If i take apart and clean my old skimmer, is it again new and need to be break in? ;)

Also, having hard time understanding " foam head under the cup"..... And hiw that dont lead to owerflowing...

For me, foam head is in the neck if skimmer, halfway in body, that produce very dark and thick skimmate in collection cup.....

So I got it skimming really well then yesterday evening it stopped skimming and the foam dropped back down and today it started skimming again then yet again this evening it stopped skimming again

I’d leave it where it is then. It likely won’t constantly skim at the same rate all of the time. It’ll produce more and less periodically based on what is available in the water to pull. Also, any fluctuations in water level in the sump will absolutely impact the rate it skims.
