Help reviving this guy

So this guy hasn’t had his long tentacles for about 2 months and I go to feed him some small pieces of shrimp and ended up shriveling real bad. Before the 2 month he went through a stressful move and hasn’t had his long tentacles since.

Could you post some photos of your entire tank and system along with some info about each?

Did you test your water parameters?

If you can give us some more information, there are a lot of people here who can help...
