No it’s not his but looks fine
Probably an abscess then. Fluid filled area of skin, that usually self-corrects. There’s no real treatment besides vitamins, healthy foods, clean water to help it along.
Another possibility is gas bubble disease, but that should be clear and your photos of it look milky/cloudy.
The first photo makes me think of cardinal eggs. But too big and on the wrong end of the fish. ;)

Yah true but it just a big bump of some sort nothing coming out of it as of yet

Oh wow! Has the little guy been acting funny? Would love to help you but other then an abscess, I'm not at all sure about what that could be.Please help! I found a large white lump on my bangai today! The lump looks to be under it’s scales. The bangai is swimming and eating ok. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thank you!

He doesn’t act funny he still does the normal eats like a pig an swims normal I had him the longest like 5 years. He even survived a move

Their lifespan in the wild is only about 3 years so whatever happens to him, he had a great life.
