How to best help this guy? How worried should I be? Seems like the only one truly affected at least to this extent

This specimen is covered in algae and an indicator its not receiving enough flow. Elevate it within tank and direct more flow towards it, Not at it. After raising it towards flow, give it a few bursts with a turkey baster. Moderate light is also best along with occasional additions of aminos to the tank.
