HELP-SPS Slowly Dying and need Bug ID

I have an SPS that has been dying for over a month. It has slow tissue loss and I have even fragged it but each piece is dying slowly. It appears that the polyps are coming loose from their skeleton and I suspect a parasite. I have some pics and a video that I took under the microscope showing some little "bugs" swimming all around the polyps. If anyone can ID these "bugs" and whether they are "good" or "bad", it would be greatly appreciated. Also I moved the frags to my quarantine tank and now there is another coral of the same type(Birdsnest I think) that looks like it is dying as well. The other corals in the tank appear to be fine(Acro & Monti) so this might be a specie specific issue but not sure of that either?!?

Also found what I think are Flatworms. Saw them moving in the bottom of the observation dish and took this pic under microscope.

do you have any type of wrasse in the tank ? I dont know if its aefw, need some better pics. You can try dipping the impacted coral in bayer solution and see if anything comes out
