People used to ask about these all the time when I worked at the LFS. The problem is that the height of each tank is different. So there is not a standard box that fits everything. It is also very difficult to cut down a taller box after the acrylic has been bent into shape.

We had to get a custom box made each time a customer requested one. They can also be quite expensive. Because of this I would suggest drilling the back of the tank and using a CPR standard box if you can.

I have tried to find these in the past unsuccessfully. 125 gal is gonna need 2 of those overflows, one in each corner. I believe you said tank is drilled. In corner, 4 holes?

Corner-Flo has a trade mark. Probably through Marineland. I looked up their website and not available. Deep blue also uses these Corner/Flo’s in their line of manufactured aquariums. What I did find on EBay was this;
