HELP-Why does my jack-o-lantern look like this?

I thought it was hungry, but I put Fauna Mrine pellets and reef roids on it, it doesn't do much

Platygyra has bleached incredably! The lepto still looks like this.

Mine have done the same thing no idea why, figured it was a dead zone but at night many tentacles come out of the white areas.

Mine has done that too. I though that it was getting stung even though like yours it wasn't too close to anything. I moved it around to a different location and it recovered.
