So I have a question about my news. They all seem to have their mouth protruding out. Is there something wrong?

Usually protruded mouth means poor water quality. It does not have to be Nitrates or Phosphates but a lot of the micro-nutrients imbalance is the problem.
Your Carpet also bleached. I am not sure if it is a Gigatnea or Haddoni. The other anemone is one of the non clownfish hosting anemone. He is not seem bleached.
