Help with apex

On the iPhone app it says network time out and mine is at 10 seconds what does this mean? And also sometimes it says that my apex timed out.

Do you the old app which connects to the Web server of the apex correct? Network issue most of the time. I have seen this once in a while. The apex base just won't respond fast enough so the phone times out. Often it will work again. .. same issue on fusion.
