Help with aqauriam lighting

G'day guys
I'm pretty new to the hobby so I'll appreciate any help :)
So, I have a nice little 36 L nano marine going. I have a couple of mushroom coral and a pair of clown fish. I have a cheap little marine light called the Aquazonic Marine Light (I think that's what it's called...) Anyway, all has been going well so far

I've really wanted to upgrade my lighting so I can have some more "bright light dependant" corals. So basically coral that needs more light for it to grow and live. So, I went to my Local Fish Store and they told me about this light called the "AI Pime HD". I bought the light, set it all up, but then I realised that it can shine UV Light. I know that UV light can be very dangerous for humans and I'm now a bit worried.

My questions are:
Is it safe to use this light? Is it safe for my fish and is it safe for me?
Is my Aquazonic Nano Light a good enough aquariam light for me to keep hammer corals and torches?

Please get back to me as soon as possible as I need to decide weather to keep this light or not

The UV is absolutely safe for your inhabitants as led lighting is no where near the same as sunlight. Now lets not get this confused with intensity.

Hey there,
Have no clue about what your light looks like and what spectrum it drops down.
Any pics or link where you got it from would be helpful.
36L is about 10gal.
Can you also provide a pic of the nano?
As for a recommendation I think a Kessil LED light http://kessil.com/aquarium/Saltwater_A350.php will be more than enough for your corals to thrive well.
Of course keep in mind that part of a successful small reef isn't the light only but water parameters will play a bigger roll, equipment on water flow and filtration and the care given to a 10gal reef.

Here is my tank set up at the moment. I haven't had any issues with the corals except a tiny bit of die off from one. This photo was taken just as I had woken up and switched on the day lights so some of the coral isn't fully out yet :)
