Help with Chalice ID

Hello R2R community. I am new here to this form. Was hoping some of you LPS experts could help me identify my new chalice that I acquired. The pic is a close up, but the colony is approx 6"x 3" .

Surprisingly it's seems in great overall health. I does have a very small half dime size or so resession near the center of the colony. Doesn't appear to be die off just exposing a bit.....going to keep a close eye while it gets used to new home. currently on the bottom under T5s.
