I've seen this on a lfs that's fairly near to me recently and I'm not sure fully what it is, thought it was an acan but I'm not 100%!

That is what we call acan. It is actually a lps not a softie. I believe the new species and genus is Micromussa lordhowensis.

Certainly hope so, my tank isn't going to be coral ready for a good few months yet, so maybe it'll have dropped in price by then too ;)
