Hi all,

I ordered a softie frag pack and this guy came too. Clearly not a softie, but I can’t tell if it’s a LPS/SPS or what it’s called. It’s encrusting and seems pretty happy. The polyps are always out and it’s already grown a tiny bit.

I couldn’t get a picture of it, but a few of the polyps get HUGE and stick out pretty far.

Any ideas and care tips for it?

Goniopora. Possibly stutchburyi. Medium light, moderate flow and occasional zooplankton feedings.

Thank you!

I was contemplating if it was but the polyps on mine havent come out that far so I figured it wasn’t. Dang, other pictures show them really long. I’ve had it for about a week now and it almost immediately opened up when I put it in my tank, but there hasn’t been much extension since then. Maybe it isn’t as happy as I thought?
