Help with ICP test

Hi, I recently got my ICP results back and was hoping someone could take a look and let me know if anything needs correcting. My total system volume is about 100 gallons, and the test was an Oceamo ICP-OES. I’m curious if I should start dosing iodine/iodide?
I have a few acros, and some aren’t showing polyp extension. I’m wondering if this could be related to a trace element imbalance/deficiency.

Hello,

yes, id recommend to dose iodine (despite the fact that the biological function of iodine in a reef system is not understood).

Also your molybdenum is significantly below NSW levels, so id recommend to increase it: A correcting dose (and not continuous dosing) is sufficient here.

Otherwise nothing that sticks out!

This is not related to the ICP but if you have little to no polyp extension it is likely you have white bugs or some SPS pest. The hardcore SPS sellers with crazy polyp extension dose Interceptor periodically. I am going though an Interceptor cycle currently.

I'd treat iodine dosing as an experiment to see if it helped your tank in any apparent way.

Do you dose any trace elements now?

I don’t, only regular water changes. Should I be dosing trace elements?

Do you recommend I just dose molybdenum or dose something like Tropic Marin trace elements? Thanks!

With regular water changes I think you're pretty good to go generally.
