Help with ID please

Need some help ID'ing this algae that is running amok in my tank. Only seems to grow in lighted areas and is very hard to pull off.

i have that problem algae a few monts ago and i resolve the problem whit 2 white urchin they eat like cows lol,but be carefull they like coraline algae when they dont have other thing to eat

it looks like a hydroid.

Definitely not a hydroid but maybe wirey red turf algae

Foxface types will voraciously consume nearly all macro and micro algaes. Out of curiosity, are you dosing magnesium heavily? Doing so will stunt the growth of unwanted algae.

Have just started to up the Mag dose. Aiming for around 1600 ppm
