Help with Light intensity/schedule- Aquanest m8.

I have a 20 gallon waterbox with an aquanest m8 for lighting. Specs on the light are below. I know it's not a well known light but it is plenty powerful enough for a tank of these dimensions. Led's really were in their infancy last time I had a tank and I always had halides. The stock programs on this light are ok, really great for growing hair algae. Screen shots posted below. Suggestions?
