help with LPS

I received this LPS for free from a fellow reefer. It was covered by another coral in his tank. It was given to me as a hammer. I really don’t know what it is and it doesn’t look like any the hammers I’ve been looking at online and in the forums. It’s been in my tank for a little over a month and has sprouted two tiny new heads. I feel like there’s something wrong with it because some tentacles are more extended then others, some are darker in color and some are almost white. The tentacle sizes and lengths are also completely different.

It might be a frammer and some have different color variations for tentacles.

Looks like a hammer to me. May just need some time to recover if it was covered by another coral

It's open and extended so that's good. Hopefully will color back up in time

I'd say hammer too. It looks like green stem pink tip possibly.

Give it time and it should come back lovely. Dont keep moving it around your tank just leave it where it is, it will take a few months to come back to full colour.

I agree with hammer (euphyllia paraancora). It looks a bit bleached/stressed. Give it time to acclimate.
