Help me understand how to read my multimeter. Here's what I've got:

Walwart type power supply: 12v - 1amp
Muffin style fan: 12V - .06amp
Multimeter set on 200m reads 66

How can I tell what the current in and what is the formula?

Thanx in advance.

I am not sure what you are trying to measure? You have the output and the requirements, the power supply is far large than the fan needs. Do you have it set on 200mv ? Which it sound like you do and .66 amp is about 66 mv.
