Help with multimeter reading

Help me understand how to read my multimeter. Here's what I've got:

Walwart type power supply: 12v - 1amp
Muffin style fan: 12V - .06amp
Multimeter set on 200m reads 66

How can I tell what the current in and what is the formula?

e= voltage
R= resistance
P=watts
You need to know at least 2 values in order to find (I) current. You also have to know what kind of voltage you’re testing as there are different ways to test AC amperage opposed to testing DC amperage.

I believe you are reading multiamps. The number displayed will change depending on the range you’ve selected.
Based on your description I think you are on 200 mA which means you can read up to 200 mA, 0.2 amps. You got a reading of 66 mA which is 0.066 amps.
which makes sense based on the current draw you listed for the fan.
