I currently have a small 20 gallon tank with a few clowns and a long tentacle green anemone. I currently have the Coralife light seascape light. I can’t figure out the setting of what I need it to be. The settings come from 0-100 light increments for the white blue and RGB. I want to add some soft corals as well eventually. Any one have light setting they can recommend for this light.

You'll need it turned all the way up for the anemone. Even then it may be insufficient. Ratings show max par at around 60 or 70 and doesn't specify if that's through air or water on site.

So white light at 100 and blue at 100? What about the RGB. And also what does the RGB even do?

Also do you have a recommendation for a light then that might be better suited?

AI Prime seems to be the go to. Or Reef LED 50. Something comparable to those
