Help with ReefB KoralDose 4H dosing pump?

I recently purchased a KoralDose 4H dosing pump from ReefB on Amazon, and I'm having issues with the pump(s) not turning on when the scheduled program begins. Does anyone here have experience with these pumps, and setting schedules? Thanks
