Help with Sailfin Tang

Hello Reefers - noticed by Sailfin Tang was looking a little different today, probably the last couple days. Is there anything I can do to help him? I don't know if it's other tangs nipping at him or something else going on.

Looks like fin nips.
If you don’t know who then Remove the Sailfin at least temporarily.
