I have the "new" CA test kit and when it says to ad .6 of the 2nd reagent after the first it supposed to turn pink but mine stays blue. It turns to pink after add .8ish and goes back to blue when I refill the 1ml syring and dump 0.2. I really don't know if my cal is too high or too low. I used Reef crystal then switched to I0, sal at 1.025

I think you are doing it correctly. I suspect that your Ca may be too high, like about 600ppm. You might want to mix up a small batch of new saltwater, say a gallon, and make it with less salt. Then do the Salifert Ca test and see what you get.
