Help with water parameters

This is my setup as of right now. 40 gal breeder and 20 sump/refug, 110 reef octopus skimmer, UV Sterilizer, 500w titanium w/ temp controller, 1 kessil 360w, Fluval 306 canister filter. 4 clowns, 1 regal blue tang, 1 yellow tang, 1 Koran angel, 1 diamond watchman goby, 2 cleaner shrimp, 2 peppermint shrimp, 1 brittle star green, 1 mini carpet, 1 rose bubble tip.....and asst. of corals.
Salinity 1.025
Alkalinity 10.5
Calcium 420
Magnesium 1460
PH 8.1
Nitrite .25ppm
Nitrate 20ppm
Ammonia 0

Still pretty new to this maybe 3 1/2 months into this saltwater aquarium......any help would be appreciated with my water numbers. So everything in tank will be happy. About to upgrade to the Red Sea Max series 500 tank, but that one is an investment at $5000......

Perform a 25% water change. Then check nitrite and nitrates. Try turning off the uv sterilizer still you can get nitrites down. Might be messing with your cycle a little.
