Water is good is not enough info unfortunately....also, what is the problem with the clam? Can't help if we don't know what is wrong.....also age of the tank? Lighting?

Let me put the question out in another form....

Help...my car doesn't work...
I posted a picture of it, it dosent extend its mantles at all. Water peramitors are all where they should be except calcium is to low. I have LED lighting, Hydra 52s. Everything in my tank is doing great except my clam.
