Help!!!!!!

I just got this torch in but it doesn't look too well, I used coral rx to see if it would help but I'm just trying to wait it out and hope it pulls through..

I'm going to have this moved to the proper forum. In the meantime, it would help us to know:

1) tank size
2) lighting
3) how long the tank has been running
4) all water parameters, but especially salinity, nitrite, nitrate, and ammonia

The tank is a 50 gallon

Running 4 ati bulbs, two blue plus, one purple plus and one aqua blue special

The tank has been up since July 2016

Salinity is at 1.026

Everything else is zero, i did a water change yesterday in preparation for this torch and other pieces I received today
