I bought a piece of live rock and it came with a mushroom on it but it’s quite bleached is their anything I can do to bring it back to good health

I would start with great water quality and low lighting. Mushrooms are very hardy and can even survive long periods being out of the water.

They like low light, they are pretty hardy so as long as you keep in in a low light low flow area it will most likely bounce back
