HELP!!

I recently added a fox face, a cleaner wraps, and a koran angel fish to my tank of a fiji puffer and blue headed wrasse. we did not quarantine these fish because the gentleman at the store advised us that since we had so little fish it didn’t matter. everyone is doing fine except for the fox face!!! he’s acting strange and hiding and now he has these weird holes all over him!! i read it could be flukes but i don’t know. please help me!
