Hi Everyone and First Request for Help

New to the page but have been using reef2reef as my “go-to” and happy to finally join! And this leads me to my first plea for help.

My wrasse developed these white spots. They are not raised or pitted but appear to be flat.

He is eating normal and activity good.

He is flashing against the rock every now and then.

What could this be?

I'd suggest reposting this in the R2R fish disease forum. Use the whitest lighting you have, turn off all your blue lights for clarity:

The white marks appear to be scratch marks from scratching/itching which suggests flukes which often cannot be seen with naked eye. If frequent scratching noticed, may be the case. Please post a video under white, not blue lighting for best assessment.
