Welcome @Anthony Paun to R2R. Definitely a sump\refugium....the largest tank you can fit. Take advantage of the dollar -a-gallon sales at Petco. As far as an overflow, there are a number of choices. Definitely drill the tank.......Glass-Holes is an example that comes with the drill bit.
I was thinking the same! 40 gallon breeder and a 20 halong Long refugium

Thank you! I have some and so many questions, I have maintained planted fresh water aquariums in the past and present. I just started my tank jan.1 of this year. Everything is growing but very slowly. And my elegance coral does not extend its tentacles more than a 1/4 of a inch. I've had it 3 weeks and I changed the lighting and flow.
