Hi! I just moved to the Atlanta, GA area from Grand Rapids, MI. I just graduated from Central Michigan University and currently have a teaching job! I also recently married my wonderful husband on June 27th!

I and my husband have been trying to get into reef keeping for a little while (although...sadly, moving has set us back a bit). I'm hoping to be able to have great theoretical discussions with all you brainiacs! I enjoy researching and observing the coral needs.

Also, I'm wondering what sort of frag swaps happen around here?

Have a great day!

Welcome to the forum and congratulations!

Welcome to R2R! Congrats on the recent wedding also!

Frag buying/selling/swaps generally are allowed after 25 or 50 (i forgot exactly how many) posts. This is to show you are an active poster and not someone new that is only here to sell/buy/ or scam others. It is all explained in the rules section of this forum :) You've joined a terrific reef forum and we're glad you are here!

if you are in atlanta you also have atlanta reef club. you can also see good reefing buddies .

Another BIG WELCOME and CONGRATS!

Cheers, Todd
