The moisture level in my stand is ridiculous, I guess the bubbling sump keeps the air saturated. The hinges are really rusty and it looks like some mold is growing. I thought that the stand being tight was a plus by keeping the noise down, but now I think it is a problem. Should I cut a couple of holes and mount a couple of little box fans and vents or am I missing something? Thanks!

Yah sounds like you need some airflow in there. I have 2 fans in my stand one blows out the back the other just keeps air movement going in there
