What will this level cause if anything? I am fairly certain I know what is fueling this, food supplement plus a new type of nori I am now using.

Interestingly I had been fighting mile STN which I likely caused by switching my halides from E-ballast to HQi and not doing any type of acclimating.

I have increased my AWC to about 22% weekly 6 weeks ago. My iodine was 64 last test on 1/31. Sadly I put this supplement in my premade frozen that I still have about a 6 week supply of. I am not going to increase my Iodine. I still am planing of using the food with the supplements in it.

Thoughts?

I personally would not do anything except not dose it. Water changes will reduce it, if there are normal levels in the new salt water, and consumption by algae and macroalgae and other organisms will reduce it.
