High light

What is a PAR level for high light. Need placement for a blue Hoeki, not sure how high the light level needs to be. I was told the purple bonsia is a high light but it doesn't seem to like it. So not sure where high is high. I have a AI LED so can adjust light level.

Since most people don't own a par meter I would say highlight means from the middle up in a tank.... Just from tests I did with a few bulbs I had 600 to 1400 par 1" down in the water depending on which bulb I ran.....
