Is anyone using this light. What setting would you recommend for a 22x10x10 size tank. Going to be keeping softies and lps

I know others on here have them. I have one on my ten gallon and have the whites at 9 taps of the button and the blues at 4 taps.

The whites you start at max and then 9 taps so around 10% and blues at 60%. What do you have in your tank

I have mushrooms, green star polyps, and candy cane coral. I had the blues at 2 taps but it was too bright for the shrooms.
