Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what this little guy is and if he’s reef safe?

He’s quick but still in the bag, thankfully.

I was thinking Stomatella? But an expert eye would be great!

how big is it? Stomatella rarely grow beyond an inch. also look at its mouthpiece, if it has a rounded algae scrapping mouth it should be fine.

Yup, they just clean and eat up left over food. Can breed fast but generally no harm

Yes, and the reproduce quickly. Hermit crabs unfortunately also like to snack on them.
