Hitch hikers on live rock

My coral beauty angel and lunar wrasse developed ick overnight somehow. We separated all the fish in hospital tanks to be treated but when we were taking all the live rock out we noticed a bunch of strange things on them. Please help identify and any advise on the whole situation is greatly appreciated!

The white spirals are Spirorbid worms and the other are sponges...nothing of concern all just natural diversity

Sprial shells look like spirobid worms to me and, if so, they are harmless filter feeders. Add diversity
