Hitmans 600 gallon predator build

Divers Den has a broomtail wrasse right now...
That’s actually a pretty neat looking one! The other ones we have been looking at have more of a dark blue body. I guess it’s time to talk to the wife!

I wish, I only got a 90 gal atm, will be a few years before upgrading. That wsrass will be one of the first fish to get tho lol!
100% one waiting for the blue one, those are the ones that are pretty breath taking.

Ok Moving along finally, Emperor Aquatics HO 120 watt UV sterilizer, 2 - 72” Reef Brite XHO 50/50 light strips, and apex dual interface all ordered today. If all goes well my July 4th unveiling should be on track. Only hardware left to order now are the pumps, I’m leaning towards a pair of Abyzz A200 but dang that’s a lot of money!!! Don’t know how I’m going to hide the total cost of this from the wife yet!

Have all your tank equiptment sent to the post office, they aint gonna be happy when a big *** box comes in rofl!
Just the reefing credit card and the statements. As u can probably guess, I've never been married. But its given me ample time to prepare for such circumstances in the future if I ever tie the knot. ;)

Time for a update.
Got a call the tank should arrive at the local shipping facility tomorrow. As normal I’m always dragging my feet so I started the stand frame today lol!!! The wife gave me permission to build a fish room so the frame is fairly close to where it will be. It’s approximately 60” away from the wall which will give me ample room to work. The base is about 75% complete and I’m just to tired and hot to continue so I’m calling it a day. The 240 presently against the wall in the picture will be on the far left of the stand/wall and the 600 will be on the right side, there will be a gap in between the tank for maintenance. The stand is 20 feet wide x 36.5 deep x 42” tall. I have half the legs installed at 4 foot centers, & center brace for the 240, I have the rest of the legs as I’m doing them at 2 foot centers and braces for the 600 to complete tomorrow. Next hurdle is getting the 12 foot tank moved off the delivery truck down a set of stairs and onto the stand ;Nailbiting

Sorry I hit post before I finished my post lol Look how small the 240 looks lol Please ignore the mess my wife is on my tail for fish tank stuff being all over the place in the theater room which is how I sold the fish room idea. Really who needs a 30 x 35 theater room when I can take some of that space and have a fish room to hide all my stuff from your friends. She said do it, so I am lol
