Sorry this is the best picture I can get. I’ve had this for awhile great growth. I dip all my new corals and now this hole has popped up. Any ideas?

Have you tested calcium? I think I've heard @vetteguy53081 mention it could be a cause.
 
Assure your alk and calcium are within range

Alk - 8-11
CA 440-460
ph 8.1-8.3
