How add tag to thread?

Title says all. How to add tag to thread?

There should be a "add tag" option while on the page of starting the thread.Always has been for me.

To add tags to a thread look under tha icon box,it says tags right below it,good luck!

apparently you can't add tags to an existing thread. oh well
