most would consider that high, but ive heard of people keeping corals just fine that high, but every tank is different, id lower it IMO. water changes should be enough over time along as the corals don't seem to bothered, there isn't a need for a rush.

That's a bit high for LPS and softies but shouldn't damage anything immediately. A good target is 0.03 to 0.10 if you aren't keeping any acropora. If you start dabbling in acropora, 0.03 to 0.05 is a better target.
Thank you! I will do some water changes and clean the sand bed to see if it drops
