I woke up to one of the baby hammer heads, had a brown jelly on its polyps, while i was trying to remove the frag to dip into iodine, i crushed the head that had brown jelly, and the polyps flew in the tank, i still managed to dip the hammer in iodine, but how bad the situation for the other heads and other corals in the tank.

With a course of Cipro treatment (starting today) you should be fine. If you wait for the next head to start rotting then you will likely lose another head.

Masks are not required.
Cipro for the whole tank?
