how bout them country reefers?

lets hear it, whats the closest lfs to you? im a bit out in the country and my closest lfs is about 40 minutes away. and I don't mean just saltwater lol I don't even have a place less than 40 minutes away to buy freshwater besides walmart.

so what about yall? I know I aint got it the worst.

I'm an hour but have given up on the LFS's here. I do everything online whether it's through stores or reputable reefers on here and other forums.

theres a chance that's what ill end up doing. I wasn't too impressed with the coral the last time I went to my lfs and the next closest one is like an hour and a half, but its an amazing lfs lol unfortunately I don't have fellow reefers any closer than 30 minutes or so. I hate ordering live stock online too. I prefer to be able to hand pick what I want.

Closest lfs is about 45 with no traffic. However I am a bunch of them in town most about an hour and a half so I usually make a day out of it and check them all out. Surprising enough if I head further away from town I have a ace hardware with a saltwater section. A kid runs it but he does good considering its a hardware store. No coral but really nice fish.

I was spoiled when I lived in the country. same as you at least 5 lfs within 15 minutes lol

1 hour to Walmart/Petco. Have to go 4 hours for a reef store. Luckily, Oceans by design and Barrier Reef Aquariums are excellent stores that have inexpesive in-state shipping. Nothing like being there, though.
