HOW CAN I TELL THE SEX OF THIS FISH???

About a week ago I bought a watchman goby and pistol shrimp pair from my LFS and im wondering if theres a way to tell if its male or female? I want to get a second one either m or f (opposite of what i have now) so they can pair together and live in the burrow together. Please lmk if you guys know a way to tell if its male or female. Thank you!!

Unfortunately with this goby and many others, not until they spawn/mate
