How do fish know what each other looks like? Like I can have a let’s say powder blue now I can add any other fish a wrasse, clownfish any other fish but if I add a powder blue or brown or something that looks it, it will go right after it how does it know?

Mostly instinctive. They know what they smell like. They probably know what color their bottom half is.

My pseudochromis will rush across the tank to square up with his reflection. So they have some visual identification skills
