Have you tried peeling some of it away from the rock? I think you could place some reef safe epoxy over it, or possibly hitting it with Kalkwasser may knock it back, but be mindful of the effect of the Kalkwasser on your Alk and Calc when doing this.

The #reefsquad will likely know for sure 🙂

Good luck!

With GSP you can usually peel it like a matt. I wouldn't put an anemone on top, coral warfare will likely damage one or the other. I used to have a wall and overflow covered in GSP, it looked really cool. I trimmed with a razor and peeled off the rest to keep it in check. Kalkwasser paste can burn the GSP but you'd have to do it in small patches so you dont have a chemistry swing. Hope that helps🤙

I agree with what others have said. However, in all honesty. Since that arch is “glued”, I would cut out the arch with the GSP on it. If you have stragglers, tweezers work great and cover with epoxy or superglue

Can you pull the whole rock out? You will be surprised at how easily the cemented piece with come apart
Maybe that depends on the reef brand cement one uses. I always use AquaForest Stone Fix. The only way to separate the rocks that were attached with Stone Fix was to use a hammer/chisel. Usually it didn't separate where the cement was joined.
