How do I place a item in the market place for sale

I am new hobbyist and would like to post on the marketplace forums. However, I do not have the option to post and/or respond to threads in those forums, and I see a message at the bottom of the page that says "You have insufficient privileges to post here." Any guidance you can offer would be much appreciated. Thank you!

First off Carl, welcome to R2R. The quick and simple answer is that you need to me a member of 30 days and have at least 25 meaningful post. This is all captured in our Terms of Service (linked). Hope this helps....and enjoy Reef2Reef.
