how do i post a video

how do i post a video so that it actually plays in the thread, rather than being a link to the video on youtube or another website?

The video needs to be uploaded to an external host first. Then it's just a matter of:

1. Open the thread on R2R where you want to add the video and click on the "media: option here:

2. Paste the URL into the media box and click embed. Once you do that your video is ready to go!

Why I don't have that option? My toolbar is totally different.
