How do you guys prevent scratches on acrylic tank? I bought a new about 6 months ago.
I've been accepting the fact that I will make scratches here and there when I clean the panels. I want to prevent any more scratches.
What do you guys use? I've been using credit cards, napkins. One of my credit card got old, it made 3 scratches noticeable scratches in my tank before I realized it.
Do those acrylic safe blades get old too and lose its perfect edge? Do those magnets work? I've been scared to use it.
I know to slide down to not get any sand caught. But, I'm more careful than that anyways. Its the tool itself that scratches.
And, I tried microfiber towel for the outside. It also makes small scratches. I think napkin laid flat worked best on outside.
But I'm curious what you guys use.
