Time will tell :) i think you're good though, dr.zoiburg was right, vermetids can seriously stuck and get out of hand fast. Ask me how i know... lol.
I would just watch them after lights out after they've settled a day or three and if the feeder tentacles are out get them fed! I have noticed this is one coral that really appreciates an occasional meal.
How long would it take for it to be back to normal?
 
That is a hard question to answer really, but if they are happy you should notice within a week or two or so they are looking more perky.
